UFO in the crosshairs: NASA will use orbiting satellites as hunters of unidentified ships… possibly aliens?

The POT organized a commission to study the UFO phenomenon, and one of the tools it will use is orbiting satellites. The goal is to hunt unidentified flying objects…possibly aliens?

Recently, Colonel Pam Melroy, deputy administrator of NASA, issued statements on the use of satellites to investigate UAPs (Unidentified aerial Phenomena, unidentified aerial phenomena). The Telegraph echoed Melroy’s words.

“This team will look at questions like, ‘Do we have sensors that can see things? Evidence?”, the American colonel pointed out in her speech to the British press.

“One of the big questions that Thomas (Zurbuchen, director of NASA Science Missions) asked is: ‘We have a ton of satellites looking at Earth, are any of them useful?’

“I mean,” Colonel Melroy continues, “Before building a rover to go to Mars, you ask yourself, what is the sensor that I have to build to detect the most interesting? So they’re really going to focus on that.”

“How would you get the evidence you need to be able to determine if it is an optical phenomenon or some other type (of phenomenon)?”

NASA’s work: answering questions about the UFO phenomenon

The Pentagon confirmed this year that there were more than 400 sightings, at least since 2014, of unidentified flying objects. They are not necessarily alien ships, they may be fabrications of foreign powers.

However, he wants to take any such occurrence seriously. So he commissioned NASA to take a scientific look at the events.

During the presentation of the NASA committee for studies of the UFO phenomenon, last juneThomas Zurbuchen had indicated: “(The agency) believes that the tools of scientific discovery are powerful and apply here as well.”

“We have access to a wide range of Earth observations from space, and that is the lifeblood of scientific research,” Zurbuchen continued. “We have the tools and equipment that can help us improve our understanding of the unknown. That is the very definition of what science is. That’s what we do”.
